Learn About Scholarships

Each year, the PepsiCo Foundation Family Scholars program awards up to 400 new scholarships for undergraduate study to the children of PepsiCo employees. Awarded on a competitive basis, these scholarships are offered worldwide for study at two- or four-year colleges, universities, and vocational-technical schools.

The PepsiCo Foundation also awards scholarships to children of PepsiCo employees who advance to Finalist status in the National Merit Scholarship Program, who list PepsiCo as their parent’s employer on the Semifinalist application, and whose parents are confirmed as PepsiCo employees during the verification process.
