Rethink is an award-winning, researched-based program that provides support with social and emotional learning for children of all abilities, with specialized support for families caring for children with learning, social, or behavioral challenges. Rethink offers:

• Up to seven hours of consultation with Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) who specialize in working with parents across a broad spectrum of needs.
• Parental training to teach skills and techniques to support learning and development for kids of all ages and abilities.
• Strategies and exclusive content to help your child with socialization, emotional learning, academics, and more.
• Thousands of videos, tools, and resources, including parent small group discussions.
• Support for parenting challenges such as potty training, sibling rivalry, social skills, difficult or challenging behaviors, school readiness, or transition changes, etc.

This program supports children of all ages, and no clinical diagnosis is necessary to benefit from this program.

Rethink is provided at no cost to all U.S. employees and is offered in addition to Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy covered under PepsiCo’s medical plans.

Navigating the health care system can be confusing and overwhelming, but you don't have to go it alone. With Health ACE on your side, you'll get the knowledge, guidance and support you need as you make health care decisions for your entire family. Health ACE is available to participants in one of the following medical plan options: MyChoice HSA, MyChoice Traditional, or MyChoice Copay.

Health ACE is private and confidential and gives you a single point of contact for all your health care needs. A caring, well-trained professional who knows PepsiCo's health benefits inside and out, your Health ACE advocate will assist you with medical benefits questions and connect you with a Health ACE nurse. The nurse can help you find a primary care physician or specialist or help you schedule treatment, and educate you on how to get the support you need for complex medical conditions or insurance issues.

Raising children can sometimes feel a little overwhelming. When you need help dealing with life's challenges, Spring Health is there any time you need it. It’s available to you and your covered dependents age 13 and older at no cost. Spring Health customizes the path to well-being to help you be your best self. Through Spring Health, you can have up to eight sessions per person each year with a therapist at no cost to you.

When your primary care physician isn't available—nights, weekends or while you're on vacation—use telemedicine services provided by your medical plan carrier, Anthem BCBS or UnitedHealthcare (UHC).*
