When the time comes to return to work, these steps will make the transition smoother.
- Confirm your return date with your manager and the PepsiCo Leave and Claim Center (PLCC).
- Check with HR/Facilities on how to gain access to your location's Lactation Room (if available) and how to reserve time.
- Confirm with HR/Facilities that your badge/building access is working.
- Talk to support resources, such as Spring Health, to help ease your transition and balance your work routine with your new family responsibilities.

If you return and are scheduled to work 30 hours per week or more, you are considered a full-time employee and receive all the full-time benefits for which you're otherwise eligible.
If you return and are scheduled to work between 22 and 29 hours per week (minimum three days per week) and are otherwise eligible, you qualify for part-time benefits.
These include all of the same benefits as full-time employees, with these exceptions:
- Your premiums for medical coverage will be higher than they would be if you were a full-time employee.
- To be eligible for Short-Term Disability (STD), you must have one or more years of service.
- You are not eligible for:
- Long-Term Disability (LTD)
- Adoption Assistance
- Short-Term Disability (if you have less than one year of service)
- Tuition Reimbursement
If you return and are scheduled to work fewer than 20 hours per week, you are eligible for these benefits only:
