Cleo Family Support

Cleo is a family support app designed to help PepsiCo employees navigate the joys and journey of parenthood. Cleo allows you to virtually connect with a network of experts through the app for guidance, from the moment you begin thinking about starting a family, through pregnancy and childhood.

  • Start with Cleo Considering, which can help you navigate fertility, adoption, foster parenting, surrogacy and more. Whether you are single or partnered, Cleo Considering supports all paths to parenthood. Cleo Considering can also support families experiencing miscarriage or loss, as well as those seeking fertility preservation.
  • Through the Cleo Baby program, you’ll be assigned a Cleo Guide, who will provide individualized support and connect you to family health experts such as lactation specialists, baby doulas, baby sleep consultants and career coaches.
  • As your child grows, Cleo Kids is there to provide direction to relevant care and resources, access to a community of parents, a network of experts and much more.
