If you're enrolled in PepsiCo’s MyChoice HSA, MyChoice Traditional, or MyChoice Copay Medical Option, you can participate in the Fertility Solutions Program. It's designed to help you understand fertility treatment options, follow the best treatment process, and maximize your benefits.

You must enroll in the Fertility Solutions Program for any fertility-related medical and prescription drug claims to be covered. In addition, you are required to receive your treatments through a recommended specialist if you live within 60 miles of one. A Fertility Solutions Nurse will discuss your options with you and ensure you receive care from specialists who are selected based on the quality of care they provide. Some of the benefits provided by the Fertility Solutions Program may be taxable to you. There is a combined lifetime maximum of $35,000. Call Health ACE to enroll.

The fertility benefits provided by our MyChoice HSA, MyChoice Traditional, or MyChoice Copay Medical Options are designed to serve all those who wish to have a child, including single parents and LGBTQ families. Fertility support (e.g., assisted reproductive technology (IVF) and egg freezing) without an infertility diagnosis will now be covered. Surrogacy assistance (e.g., surrogate parent agency fees and legal fees) will also be covered. Medical expenses of the surrogate parent will not be covered. These benefits are subject to a $35,000 lifetime maximum benefit per eligible employee and must be accessed through the Fertility Solutions Program.
