- Check with HR/Facilities on how to gain access to your location's Lactation Room (if available) and how to reserve time.
- Confirm with HR/Facilities that your badge/building access is working.
- Talk to support resources, such as Spring Health, to help ease your transition and balance your work routine with your new family responsibilities.

If you return and are scheduled to work 30 hours per week or more, you are considered a full-time employee and receive all the full-time benefits for which you're otherwise eligible.
If you return and are scheduled to work fewer than 30 hours per week, you are not eligible for most benefits. You are eligible for these benefits only:
